How to install Dewo's bathtub?

Ground wire (attached figure): Ground wire is used to prevent static electricity from occurring. You can fix the ground wire with screws or place it directly on the ground. 

Massage bathtub plug (attached picture): Connect the power directly to the corresponding position of the plug, and the massage function, constant temperature function, etc. of the bathtub can be used normally when the water level is sufficient.

Cold and hot water pipes (attached diagram):  Connect a cold water pipe to the interface below the faucet marked with cold water (blue) color, and connect the cold water pipe to the cold water faucet. The interface below the faucet marked with hot water (red) color is connected to a hot water pipe, and the hot water pipe is connected to a hot water faucet.

Sewer and drain pipe (attached figure): Insert the drainage pipe directly into the floor drain hole.

What is the warranty period for Dewo bathroom products? 

Bathtub: Within one year from the date of purchase, if a malfunction occurs during use due to quality issues with the Dewo bathtub, under proper installation, use, and maintenance, Dewo can communicate with the customer and choose to repair or replace the faulty parts of the product free of charge according to the actual situation.

How to clean and maintain Dewo's bathtub products?

Drainage plug cleaning: Remove the drainage plug, remove dirt and hair, and use a toothbrush to clean the scale that blocks the filter.

Bath wall cleaning: After taking a bath, clean the dirt with hot water, rinse with cold water to dissipate heat, and dry the water droplets. For stubborn dirt, cover it with a tissue, spray a neutral detergent, wait for 10-20 minutes, then lift the tissue and scrub with a sponge brush. Or pour in white vinegar and warm water mixed with dishwashing detergent, wipe with a cotton cloth, and rinse with clean water within 5 minutes.

Attention: If there are water stains, try to wipe them dry in a timely manner. It is recommended to clean them once every 1-2 weeks.

Massage bathtub maintenance and upkeep: If the massage function is not used for a long time, it should be operated at regular intervals. Regularly clean the filter to prevent weakened massage water flow and malfunction of the circulation system.

Usage taboo: Please do not directly pour hot water above 80 degrees into the bathtub to avoid damaging the cylinder body. High temperature items such as lit cigarette butts should not be placed directly on the bathtub. Hard objects should be avoided from directly hitting the surface of the product, which may cause damage to the bathtub.

If a bath detergent is used during bathing, the bathtub should be rinsed clean with water and wiped dry after use. Attention: If groundwater or hot spring water is used, or indoor bathtubs are left exposed to sunlight and rain outdoors, it will cause discoloration on the surface of acrylic bathtubs and may shorten the service life of the product.
