Our products
Acrylic	We use the best acrylic sheet which is supplied by Sichuan Junshang, with a thickness of 2-3mm. After placing glassfelt, the final thickness can reach 5-6mm.Only a few bathtub factories in Foshan are willing to use such expensive raw materials
Glass Fiber and Resin	The material we use for strength felt is a mixture of glass fiber and resin, and the proportion of glass fiber is high, which can achieve very strong hardness and even cannot be scratched by knife.
	Some factories only use resin to mix, and what you can touch and feel is powder. The powder will fall off when you scrape it with your fingers. Those quality is very poor to our naked eye, and it will break after a couple weeks and months. The customer has to bear a high after-sales risk.

4. Water release time?
The duration of water release depends on the water pressure sometime. If the water pressure is strong, it can be released in a few minutes, if the water pressure is weak, the time will be longer.

Bathtub: Within one year from the date of purchase, if a malfunction occurs during use due to quality issues with the Dewo bathtub, under proper installation, use, and maintenance, Dewo can communicate with the customer and choose to repair or replace the faulty parts of the product free of charge according to the actual situation. 6. How to install Dewo's bathtub?
Ground wire (attached figure): Ground wire is used to prevent static electricity from occurring. You can fix the ground wire with screws or place it directly on the ground.
Massage bathtub plug: Connect the power directly to the corresponding position of the plug, and the massage function, constant temperature function, etc. of the bathtub can be used normally when the water level is sufficient.
Cold and hot water pipes: In order to avoid the risk of use caused by water pressure differences, customers need to purchase cold and hot water pipes ( Standard Size: 16 pipe double head net pipe+4mm internal teeth, if there are special requirements, please explain before placing an order and purchase according to your actual needs. ) from local hardware stores or online stores.
7. The installation instructions are as follows:
Connect a cold water pipe to the interface below the faucet marked with cold water (blue) color, and connect the cold water pipe to the cold water faucet. The interface below the faucet marked with hot water (red) color is connected to a hot water pipe, and the hot water pipe is connected to a hot water faucet.  Sewer and drain pipe (attached figure): Insert the drainage pipe directly into the floor drain hole.
